1/2 tbsp kashmiri chili powder

2 tbsp coriander powder

1 tsp garam masala

2 green cardamom pods

3 cloves

1 cup water

1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk

salt to taste

200g firm tofu

1 can cooked chickpeas

filo pastry

olive oil for drizzling on top
