Mouthwatering Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey or beef

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Garlic Parmesan Glaze:**

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp grated Parmesan

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup broth

1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thickening)

Directions

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Mix ground meat, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, milk, and seasonings until combined.

- Shape into a loaf and place on a lined baking pan.

- Bake for 45–55 minutes.

- In a pan, melt butter, add garlic, broth, and Parmesan—simmer until slightly thickened.

- Pour glaze over meatloaf, slice, and serve warm.
