Color Me Obsessed with This Bread! I’ve Always Been the Pers

You’ll Need:
1/3 cup freshly chopped rosemary
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese, thin
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese, thick
3 cups bread flour
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup warm water (about 105-110F)

Add your flour, yeast, salt, rosemary, and Parmesan into a mixing bowl, keeping some thick cut Parmesan cheese reserved for the top of the bread.
Add in your warm water. Mixed together. Fold mixture into itself about eight or nine times, forming into a ball.
Cover mixing bowl with a kitchen towel. Allow to rest for 2 to 3 hours.
Once the rest time is up, preheat oven to 450° Place Dutch oven with lid on into oven while preheating.
Add flour onto counter. Get dough mixture out of the mixing bowl and need a couple more times. Flip over to make bottom of the dough ball the top.
Play dough ball onto a parchment sheet or silicone sheet.
Very carefully, place dough ball and parchment sheet into Dutch oven.
Place lid onto Dutch oven. Cook for 30 minutes with the lid on, and then 20 minutes with the lid off.
