Vanilla Almond milk Mac And Cheese

Ingredients

2 cups whole milk

1 tablespoon butter

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

8 ounces velveeta (cubed)

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 lb small pasta shells

Directions

  1. Start cooking the pasta shells

  2. Heat the milk and butter in a medium pot over medium heat until hot

  3. Add cheeses and stir

  4. When the cheese starts to melt, stir in pepper and salts

  5. Pour in cooked shells and stir until combined

Notes

Serve with meatloaf, steak, pulled pork, bbq chicken, or eat by itself
