Fried Pickle Dip

Kosher Dill Pickles Sandwich Sliced - 3jars
Cream Cheese - 3 8oz blocks
Sour Cream - 1c
Bacon - 2 packs (diced)
Pickle Juice - as needed
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Smoked Paprika
Slap Ya Mamma Seasoning
Dill Weed
Panko Breadcrumbs - 1 1/2c
Butter - 3tbsp
Directions
I like to dry off the pickle slices so they aren’t too slippery while I dice them. I also like to use the sandwich slices because they are already lying flat for you. Dice up all your pickles and add to a large bowl. Reserve the pickle juice.
Add in 3 8oz blocks of softened cream cheese, 1c of sour cream and the seasonings listed above. Add in the bacon and as much pickle juice needed to have the dip be not too thick.
Melt 3tbsp of butter in a pan and pour in breadcrumbs. Cook on medium heat until fully toasted. Make sure to keep moving around to avoid burning.
Pour the dip into a pie dish and top with the toasted bread crumbs. Enjoy!
