500 g Microwave rice pouches (2 x 250g pouches)
400 g Falafels (2 x 200g packs)
200 g Feta cheese (Cut into cubes)
200 g Hummus
330 g Cherry tomatoes (Halved)
1 Medium cucumber (Cut into cubes)
Olive oil to drizzle
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Cook the rice according to pack instructions.
Heat the falafels according to pack instructions (or serve cold if you prefer).
Pile the rice with all of the toppings into bowls.
Give a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper.
