Chocolate Berry Bark

Ingredients

8 oz dark chocolate (70%+ ONLY, or else it’s basically just sugar😅)

1–1½ cups fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

1 Tbsp ground flax + 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Optional: shredded coconut

Directions

Layer your berries evenly on parchment paper

Melt dark chocolate, pour over berries

Sprinkle flax + chia seeds + coconut shreds

Freeze 20–30 minutes, break into pieces.

Portion & stash in the freezer.

Why I love this:

Dark chocolate = magnesium (helps mood + cramps)

Berries = antioxidants for recovery

Flax + chia = fiber + omega-3s to keep you fuller longer
