Airfryer Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

4-6 chicken thighs (bone-in)

3 tbsp of olive oil

1 tsp of salt

1 tbsp of smoked paprika

1 tbsp of garlic powder

1 tsp of dried parsley

1 tsp of herbes de Provence

Juice of a whole lemon

2 freshly grated garlic cloves

Directions

In a bowl combine your chicken thighs and seasonings

Bake skin down in your air fryer at 360 F for 20 minutes, flip and bake for another 5-10 minutes

Please note: If you don’t have an air fryer you can bake in the oven at 400 F for 25-30 minutes, flip and bake for 10-15 minutes (can broil at the end for 2-3 minutes for crispier chicken)
