Ingredients

2 ¼ Lbs Lean Ground Beef

1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

1 tsp Accent (Optional)

2 Tbsp Chili Powder

2 tsp Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp Dried Minced Onion

1/2 tsp Paprika

1/4 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tsp Sugar

1/2 Cup Water

Taco Bell Copycat Ground Beef

10 Burrito Flour Tortillas

10 Tostada Shells

15 Oz Taco Bell Cheese Sauce (Jarred)

10 Tbsp Sour Cream

Shredded Lettuce

Roma Tomatoes (Diced)

Directions

Copycat Taco Bell Ground Beef

Begin by browning the ground beef in a skillet or large pan.

Mix in the Taco Bell meat seasonings, stirring to fully incorporate, and then pour in the water.

Using a meat masher, begin breaking up all of the meat until it resembles the consistency of Taco Bell ground beef. If you need to, add a little more water, as this will help break down the meat.

Assemble and Cook the Copycat Crunchwrap Supremes

Place a tostada shell-sized portion of taco meat on the flour tortilla and flatten it.

Top the ground beef with about two tablespoons of Taco Bell Cheese sauce.

Press the tostada shell on top of the cheese sauce and taco meat.

Spread an even layer of sour cream over the tostada shell, then top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.

Wrap the homemade crunchwrap supreme, and then in a hot cast iron skillet, cook the seam side down until browned and sealed, then flip it over for another minute or so to brown the top.

Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
