250g cooked rice (about 1 cups raw rice)
1 whole egg
2 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
1/4 c frozen peas (thawed)
1 t Wonton soup base mix powder (Lee brand)
1/2 T soy sauce
Heat your pan/wok until it is very hot.
Brush with a little oil.
Beat your eggs with a fork until the yolk and whites are mixed then pour them into the hot pan.
Stir through quickly to cook and separate egg into small pieces.
Add the rice to the pan and start moving the egg and rice around so that it combines well.
Sprinkle over the wonton powder and mix through.
Add the cooked bacon and peas and keep moving the ingredients around.
Add the soy sauce a little bit by little bit (so no area is too dark in colour)
Continue moving the rice around for another minute or two until all the ingredients are heated through and the fried rice is hot.
The rice should now have a lovely yellow colour from the egg.
