Mac & Cheese Chicken Parm

Directions

Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Save a cup of pasta water.

Next, put 1 cup flour, salt, pepper & garlic powder to one dish. 1 cup of breadcrumbs to another. And 2 scrambled eggs in a bowl.

Dunk 2 thin chicken breasts in flour, egg and then the breadcrumbs.

Then, add 2 cups of veggie oil to a pan. When it’s heated, add your chicken and cook until it’s crispy and brown on both sides.

After, melt 4 tbsp butter in another pan. Then add 4 cloves minced garlic. Cook until fragrant

Season with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder and parsley. Then add 2 cups heavy cream & lower the heat. Mix in 1 cup cheddar, 3/4 cup of parmesan, 1/2 a cup of mozzarella. Optional* add a handful of velveeta for extra creaminess. Mix well.

After, add a spoonful of cheese sauce to each piece of chicken and then top with mozzarella. Broil until the cheese is melted.

Mix in your cooked pasta to the remaining sauce with a dash of pasta water & a bit more Parmesan. Enjoy! #thesecarbsdontcount #TCDCChickenParm
