Whole 30 Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breast

2 apples

1 cup red grapes

1 cup celery

2 avocados

3 green onions

4 tbsp avocado oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

¼ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Directions

1. In a large skillet, sauté cubed chicken until no longer pink.

2. Meanwhile, dice the apples, grapes, celery, green onions, and avocados.

3. Combine with chicken in a large bowl and stir in avocado oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve warm.
