1000 grams of ginger
500 grams of water
Half of yield weight in sugar, for example:
(1000 grams of ginger juice and 500 grams sugar)
Directions
1. Blend ginger with water and strain.
2. Weigh ginger juice and blend with equal parts sugar using a hand blender.
Portion out into 500 ml bags and freeze for future use.
