Ingredients

Meat Mixture

12 oz Egg Noodles (uncooked)

1 lb Ground Beef

1/2 lb Mushrooms (sliced)

1/2 Onion

3 cloves Garlic

Sauce

2 tablespoons Butter

32 oz Beef Broth

4 tablespoons Flour

4 tablespoons Tomato Paste

2 cups Sour Cream

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  1. Cook Egg Noodles according to package directions. Drain.

  2. In large pan, cook Ground beef, mushrooms, garlic, and onion on med-hi hest till meat is browned and onions clear. Drain, keep warm, and set aside on plate.

  3. Same pan to melt butter, add beef broth and bring to boil.

  4. Gradually add Flour until smooth then add Tomato Paste.

  5. Cook and stir till the sauce thickens, then add Sour Cream, Salt, and Pepper.

  6. Add Beef Mixture to the pan and cook while stirring till heated through.

  7. Add noodles or serve on top of noodles.
