Berry Crumble Oats

What I used:

½ cup oats

½ cup milk

A big spoon of Greek yogurt

Chia seeds

A sprinkle of flax seeds

Vanilla

Strawberries + blueberries

Honey + cacao nibs (optional but so good)

How to make it:

Throw everything in the jar, mix, add the berries, top it how you like, and let it sit overnight. Easy.

Tropical Glow Oats

What I used:

½ cup oats

½ cup milk

Spoon of Greek yogurt

Chia seeds

Vanilla extract

Pineapple + kiwi

Honey & coconut flakes on top

How to make it:

Same thing - mix the base, add the fruit, top it with coconut, let it sit, and enjoy all week.
