1 lb Cocktail Franks
1 c Apricot Preserves
½ c Stone-Ground Dijon Mustard
2 Scallion, chopped
Directions
Mix the preserves and mustard together in the crockpot.
Stir in scallions and cocktail franks.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, on low for 6-7 hrs or until thoroughly heated.
Stir and serve.
