Ingredients

½ pkt corn chips

200g fat reduced beef mince

½ onion

1 clove garlic, crushed

4 teaspoon SR taco seasoning (2 pkts + extra 2 teaspoons)

¼ cup water

¼ cup tomato sauce

1 cup cheese, grated

Sour cream and guacamole

Directions

Fry onion and garlic in a little oil.

Add taco seasoning amd stir to coat onions.

Add mince and brown.

Add water and tomato sauce.

Simmer until the sauce thickens.

Arrange corn chips over base of round quiche dish.

Top with mince and then sprinkle over grated cheese.

Microwave 1 min to melt cheese.

Serve with sour cream and guacamole.

Notes

Try to have some chips standing up so mince and cheese can cover better.

For quick nachos, use just corn chips, your favourite brand of salsa and cheese. Microwave 1 min.
