Chicken Kebab

To make this for 3 people you will need:
3 @mydelikitchen Persian Style Flatbreads
2 skewers
Chicken:
6 boneless & skinless chicken thighs
4 tbsp natural yoghurt
4 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp turmeric
Pinch salt & pepper
Basting butter:
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
Handful fresh chopped coriander
Flatbread fillings:
Tzatziki
Lettuce
Cucumber
Tomato
Red onion
Cut each thigh up in to 2 pieces then add to bowl with the yogurt, garlic and all the herbs & spices.
Directions
Mix well then cover & marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Once marinated add the chicken to the skewers, it is easer to do this if you stick them in to either half an onion or potato.
Cook in the airfryer at 205C for 10 mins or 210C in the oven.
Melt the butter and mix with the paprika & coriander then baste the kebab.
Cook for another 15 mins at 190C or 20 mins in the oven, continuing to baste every 5 mins until it is cooked through.
Serve on the flatbread with tzatziki, lettuce, tomato & onion with a side of fries & humous.
