1 large cucumbers thin sliced

1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup chopped pickles

Creamy Dressing

What You Need:

1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1 tbsp light mayo

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp garlic paste

Salt & pepper

Flavor Boost

Chili crisp or chili oil drizzle

Fresh dill or parsley

Directions

Add everything into a bowl

Pour dressing over

Mix until coated but still chunky

Finish with chili oil + herbs
