Sunday Gravy (Scraps)

Ingredients

1lb Turkey (for meatballs) (made 18)

1lb Italian sausage (perri tomato basil)

1 chicken thigh

1 whole onion

6 Boneless pork ribs

4 24oz jars of siggy select tomato basil sauce

Salt pepper

Parsley!!

Oregano

Garlic powder

Onion powder

3 small bay leaves

Pasta (rotini works nice)

Added a jar of diced tomatoes to carmelized onions cause it was leftover

Directions

  1. sear off meatballs, chicken, pork, sausage, and any other meat then add to pot

  2. Sautee onions, maybe garlic (optional) then add to pot

  3. add sauce seasoning and everything else to pot

Notes

Used all the old freezer meat

7 qt crockpot

3 scoops of sauce for 1 lb pasta

1 scoop = 1/2 cup = 4 fl oz
