1 cup self-rising Corn Meal
½ cup oil
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream style corn
2 eggs
jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c Shredded cheese (ingredient wasn't listed, update amount)
Directions
Pour ½ dough into pan or skillet.
Put a layer of cheese and pour remaining dough on top.
Bake 400° about 20-30 minutes until brown.
