Applesauce Cake

Ingredients

2 cups raisins — cooked about 10 minutes

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup shortening

2 cups applesauce

1 cup walnuts

2 cups flour

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. cloves

1 tsp. soda

Directions

Mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in 9 x 15 pan. Frost with Penuche Frosting
