Directions
1. Mix Greek yogurt w/ paprika, garlic & an egg (create a stinky paste for the “breading”)
2. Crunch up pistachios & other nuts
3. Spread around fish fillet and then roll in crunched up nuts
4. Place into air fryer: for 8-12min @400
5. Assemble into a taco
