Ingredients

•1 16 ounce can Pumpkin

•2 Cups Sugar

•1 Cup Vegetable Oil (or sub Apple Sauce)

•4 Eggs

•2 Cups All-purpose flour

•2 tsp Baking soda

•1 tsp Cinnamon

•1/2 tsp Salt

Frosting

•5 Tbsp Butter or margarine, softened

•3 oz Cream cheese, softened

•1 tsp Vanilla

•1 3/4 Cups Powered sugar

•3-4 tsp.Milk

•1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, in mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add eggs and mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture and beat until well blended. Pour into greased 10x15 inch baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake test done. When cool frost

Beat butter, cream cheese, and vanilla in mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add powered sugar. Mix well. Add milk until frosting reaches desired spreading consistency. Frost cake and sprinkle with nuts.
