Sautéed Cinnamon Apples

large Granny Smith apples (peeled and chopped) 2
ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp
water
3 tbsp
honey or 2 packets artificial sweetener 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat margarine in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add apples and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
