High Protein Chocolate Date Mousse

Ingredients

150g packed dates (~10 dates)

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 2/3 cups Greek yogurt

2/3 cup milk or almond milk

1 scoop why protein powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Directions

Combine everything except chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth

Stir in the chia seeds

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Top with almonds and berries
