Ingredients

1000 grams sugar

1000 grams water

500 grams cocoa powder

50 grams kosher salt

Directions

1. Combine sugar, hot water, cocoa powder, and kosher salt.

2. Hand blend

Portion into 500 ml bags and freeze for future use
