Ham and Swiss Croissant Rolls

Everything bagel seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Take puff pastry out of freezer and let cool down to be able to unroll and slice into even long strips about 2.5 inches wide
Brush Dijon across sheet except for 1 inch on one short end
Tear apart ham and cheese and lay it over the brushed Dijon mustard
In a separate small bowl, whisk one egg with water
Fold croissant 1/3 over the ham and Swiss, leaving unbrushed end exposed.
Brush top of folded pastry with egg wash, and fold final third back over and press unbrushed end into the egg wash
Egg wash over top and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning
Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake in middle rack for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top
