Vegan chocolate cake

Ingredients

2 1/4 c flour

1 1/2 c sugar

1/2 c cocoa

1 1/2 t baking soda

3/4 t salt

1 1/2 c warm water

1/2 c olive (or other) oil

1 1/2 t vanilla

1 1/2 t white vinegar

Directions

Pour into 10" cake pan

Bake at 350 for ~30 mins

Best when slightly underdone according to the toothpick test
