This mug cake is super moist, it has a buttery cinnamon swirl throughout and it’s topped with cinnamon sugar 🤌

All you need is:
For the cake:
6 tbsp plain flour, heat-treated
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
60ml water
40ml oil (or melted butter)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon swirl:
1/2 tbsp (7g) melted butter
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon sugar:
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Feel free to split it into 2 or more mugs 🥰
All cooking times are a guide - please watch your mug cake so it doesn’t overflow 😘
To heat-treat the flour: Microwave on a medium heat for 1 minute 30 seconds stirring frequently, then let it cool fully before using
