Bibimbap Sauce:

1 tbsp Gochujang

2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

How I made it:

Directions

Cook your ground beef in a pan until browned and fully cooked.

In separate sections of the pan (or separately), sauté mushrooms, carrots, and spinach lightly.

Mix together your sauce ingredients until smooth.

Assemble your bowl: beef + veggies + cucumbers (optional).

Drizzle that sauce on top and mix everything together 🔥
