Ingredients

1 bunch each: basil, mint, and and parsley

Olive oil, toasted pine nuts, salt, and garlic

Wash herbs and spin dry; use vitamix

Blend with toasted pine nuts (ice cast iron skillet over medium high heat to get them brown)

Chip garlic coarsely before adding

Blend on low speed and scrape sides with scraper
