🧄🧀 CHEESE GARLIC PULL-APART LOAF
Ingredients
For the Dough:
• 2& 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (325g )
• 3/4 cup warm milk (188 ml)
• 2 tbsp cream cheese (40g)
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter (14g)
• 1 -2 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 /2 tbsp instant yeast
• 1 egg
For the Garlic Butter Filling:
• 1 head of roasted garlic (see note below)
• 1 bowl grated mozzarella cheese (adjust to taste)
• Fresh or dried parsley (to taste)
• 7 tbsp unsalted butter (98g), softened or melted
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp oregano
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional )

📝 Note: How to Roast a Garlic Head
1. Slice the top off the garlic head to expose the cloves.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 30–40 minutes until soft and golden.
3. Let it cool, then squeeze out the roasted cloves.
