HONEY SESAME RICE BOWL

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup COOKED white rice

• 1/2 cup COOKED cauli rice

• 1egg

• 1 TBS soy sauce

• 2-3 TBS sesame sauce

• 1/4 tsp garlic, pepper

•drizzle of hot honey

• 3-4 oz any chicken (see directions)

Directions

prepare chicken, dice or shred, and set aside (any kind is fine)

microwave (or prepare) rice and cauliflower rice, mix together and set aside (fried rice is best when made with rice that has been cooked/cooled overnight, but if you're in a rush it's fine to use immediately.

Mist a large skillet with nonstick spray or lightly drizzle oil and add egg, whisk/stir around until lightly scrambled then add 1 full cup of your rice/cauliflower mixture (approx 1/2 cup each), add seasonings and the sauces listed. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently toss all together.

Add in your chopped chicken and add a drizzle of hot honey and sesame sauce

Feel free to serve with extra veggies!
