Garlic Butter Linguine with Cheesy Beef and Italian Sausage

12 oz linguine pasta
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Italian seasoning.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Return the cooked beef and sausage to the skillet, then toss in the linguine. Mix well until everything is coated with the creamy garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
