Friends, Iβve been making some sort of variation of this bread for about a year now. Iβve used olive oil in place of butter, all water, all milk, a little honey, a little sugar, and my familyβs favorite version for sandwiches is this one, which calls for equal parts by weight milk and water, no sweetener, and melted butter ππ
Itβs soft and sturdy, nicely sweetened but not sweet at all ππ
It takes no time to stir together and you can use more or less yeast depending on your time constraints. Find notes in the recipe on how to do so π€
