No-knead Soft Sandwich Bread, for Sandwiches, Toast, and Bey

Friends, Iโ€™ve been making some sort of variation of this bread for about a year now. Iโ€™ve used olive oil in place of butter, all water, all milk, a little honey, a little sugar, and my familyโ€™s favorite version for sandwiches is this one, which calls for equal parts by weight milk and water, no sweetener, and melted butter ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Itโ€™s soft and sturdy, nicely sweetened but not sweet at all ๐Ÿž๐Ÿž

It takes no time to stir together and you can use more or less yeast depending on your time constraints. Find notes in the recipe on how to do so ๐Ÿค—

500 g bread flour (approximately 4 C)

8 g salt

8 g instant yeast

3/4 cup of water

3/4 cup of milk

4TBSP melted butter (57g)
