Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients

package of cauliflower fried rice (frozen or instant)

- 1 tablespo

- 1/4 cup chopped onion (sweet or yellow)

- 1 tablespoon green onions chopped (optional)

- 1-2 eggs (optional)

- 1 teaspoon siracha

- soy sauce

- salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat up butter in a pan on medium high. Add in onion and cook until translucent.

Add in cauliflower and continue to toss.

Add in siracha and seasonings and soy sauce.

If using frozen cauliflower, cook longer until tender. Once tender, add in egg in the middle of the pan. Stir around until combined. Add in chopped green onion.
