Ingredients

1 bunch fresh mint leaves

1 bunch fresh cilantro (coriander)

1–2 cloves garlic

1 inch piece ginger

1–2 green chilies (to taste)

1 small tomato

1/4 small onion

1–2 tbsp vinegar (or to taste)

Salt to taste

Directions

Wash all herbs thoroughly and roughly chop everything for easier blending.

Add mint, cilantro, garlic, ginger, green chilies, tomato, and onion into a blender.

Add vinegar and salt.

Blend until smooth, adding a splash of water only if needed to get it moving.

Taste and adjust salt, chili, or vinegar as needed.
