3 cloves garlic minced

Few pinches of salt and pepper
1/4 c water
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
Directions
Brown onion and ground meat in Instant Pot
Add eveything else
Cook on HP for 5 min, then QR.
Serve over rice.
