Ingredients

1 lb ground sirloin

1 chopped green bell pepper

1 chopped red bell pepper

1 diced onion

1 container of Campari tomatoes (about 3 medium tomatoes)

3 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp of better than bullion chicken

Few pinches of salt and pepper

1/4 c water

1 tsp dried marjoram

1 tsp of red pepper flakes

Directions

Brown onion and ground meat in Instant Pot

Add eveything else

Cook on HP for 5 min, then QR.

Serve over rice.
