Slowcooker Pulled Beef Brisket

It there was ever a reason to get your slow cooker back out the cupboard… this is it. You can have this with whatever you like, a crusty bread roll, with pasta, the options are endless 😋
800g - 1Kg beef brisket
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 x onions sliced
1 tsp thyme / oregano
1-2 bay leaves
1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
100ml white wine
400ml beef stock
Garlic (Optional)
1 heaped tbsp cornflour
Salt and pepper
Directions
Brown the beef on all sides in the pan and then brown the sliced onions.
Add everything into the slowcooker and cook on HIGH for 7-8 hours.
Add dumplings with 30 mins to go if you’re having them (optional for another 74 cals)
Shred your beef. I had it with mash and a dumpling and some of that sexy gravy 😈
