Ingredients

0% greek yogurt (I make a big batch with at-least 160g)

half to a full lemon

bunch of dill (fresh or freeze dried - about 2-3 tbsp chopped)

clove of garlic

salt + pepper

optional for a few more calories, 1-2 tbsp pecorino romano or parm!

We have been putting this on everything! It’s like a tzatziki minus all the grating cucumber work.

When logging your sauce onto your meals, just add 0% greek yogurt! Which is 34 cals and 6g protein for 60g of sawwwwwwce 🤤
