Tasty Shreds Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

8 oz Barilla Protein+ cellentani pasta

500g fat-free cottage cheese

120g reduced-fat cheddar

60g Ragu Double Cheddar sauce

60g 1/3 reduced-fat cream cheese

⅕ cup Fairlife fat-free milk

1 packet Kraft mac & cheese powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

Directions

1. Cook pasta to al dente.

2. Blend cottage cheese, milk, cream cheese, cheddar, Ragu sauce, mac powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.

3. Stir cheese sauce into pasta, heat until creamy and thick.

4. Divide into 4 bowls, grab a fork, and pretend it’s not midnight.
