And here’s your reminder that loaded baked(or roasted) potatoes are an easy weeknight meal to pull together and you probably already have most if not all of the ingredients!
Cut them in half, brush each side with some olive oil, season with salt & pepper. Bake(or roast) at 425° for 30 minutes and you’ll have perfectly baked, crispy potatoes!
