Directions
Instructions:
1 Prepare Citrus Sauce
Whisk together freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice with a bit of grated zest, garlic, and olive oil.
2 Marinate Fish
Place the orange roughy fillets in the marinade for about 15 minutes.
3 Bake the Fish
Arrange the marinated fillets in a baking dish, pour over some of the marinade, and bake in a preheated oven until the fish flakes easily.
