I took the cabbage dumpling trend and turned it into this juicy delicious meal 🔥10/10
3-4 large Napa or savoy cabbage leaves
1 pound ground pork or ground turkey
2 springs green onion, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
½ cup diced onion
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
Toppings:
Green onion
Coconut aminos or soy sauce
Chili crunch or chili oil
Sesame seeds
Layer your cabbage and meat mixture like lasagna Add a little water, cover, and steam for 10 minutes!
Top with more coconut aminos, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crunch
Perfect when you want dumpling flavors but keeping it low carb.
