Karin’s Country-Style Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

½ cup large green cabbage coarsely chopped

½ cup small purple cabbage, coarsely chopped

1 1/2 cups shredded carrots

1/2 cup diced green pepper

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

3 1/2 Tbls sugar

5 Tbls wine vinegar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp celery seed

Directions

Combine cabbage, carrots, and green pepper in a large bowl; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sour

cream, sugar, vinegar, and salt. Whisk until well combined and creamy. Stir in celery seed. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, and toss well. Chill.
