1 cup butter (softened)
86g granulated sugar
1.5 tsp almond extract
256g AP Flour
Jam
Drizzle
1.5 cups powdered sugar
3/4 tsp almond extract
1 tsp milk
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350F
2) In a bowl cream together butter and sugar. Mix in almond extract. Then mix in flour until dough comes together. Roll dough into 1.5 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Make a small hole in the center with thumb and finger then fill with jam
3) Back for 14-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool on sheet.
4) In a bowl mix drizzle together until smooth. Drizzle over cookies while they are still warm
