Ingredients

3/4cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white caster sugar

1/2 cup vegan butter

2 tbsp vg milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp almond extract

1 + 1/4 cup white flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

big handful chocolate chips

biscoff/chocolate spread

pinch of sea salt

Directions

combine the two sugars then add the room temp butter and whip into a cream before adding the milk then whipping, adding the extracts and whipping.

add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt then gently mix until just combined then add the chocolate chips and stir them in.

place a few 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of the spread onto lined baking sheets and place in the fridge.

break the dough into equal sized chunks, wrap around the spread then chill in the fridge for 30mins to 1hr.

place on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes, depending on how chewy/crunchy you want them.

sprinkle on some salt to finish and enjoy whilst still warm.
