Smashed Edamame Avocado Spread

Avocado 1
Serrano pepper 1
Tahini 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves 3
Lime (the juice) 1
Cilantro 1 handful
Soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons
Toasted sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Salt
Pepper
Sauerkraut (if you want as a topping)
Pickled onions (if you want as a topping)
Directions
Combine everything in a food processor (except salt/pepper and toppings) then top with salt, pepper, sauerkraut, and/or pickled onions.
