Spinach Ravioli Bake

Ingredients

Two 10-ounce packages fresh or frozen cheese ravioli, cooked for half the recommended time and drained

4 cups baby spinach

One 24-ounce jar vodka sauce

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

One 5-ounce jar pesto

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Pour the ravioli into a 9 × 13-inch baking dish.

3. Spread the spinach all over the top of the ravioli...

4. Then pour the vodka sauce all over the spinach.

5. Sprinkle the mozzarella all over the sauce ...

6. And dot the pesto all over the cheese.

7. Bake until the cheese is bubbling, 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve by the (generous) spoonful!
